PRINTING ADDRESS SHEET PRINTER LABELS – A STEP BY STEP PROCESS
Labels can either be bought or printed at home with a person’s convenience and choice. Address sheet printer labels are easy to print. All one needs to follow is a simple set of instructions and then one has a good useful sheet of address labels ready for use. First of all one needs to chose a word program that will help print the required size, design and color of labels. Microsoft word is recommended for this purpose. This program gives an option of labels under the tab of Letters and mailings. The option for labels can be selected by clicking on tools then letters and mailings followed by choosing envelopes and labels and then, final click, on the option for labels.
The next step is to tally the number of labels mentioned on the label box and then select a suitable setting for it on the word program. Microsoft word has options for all kinds and brands of labels. However if your brand is not one of those in the list then look for a equivalent label number on the label box. Since address sheet printer labels are the need for now, the type of labels can be chosen using the labels panel situated in the lower right corner of the window. This will lead one to a new window which displays a variety of labels from which the selection can be made. Once the appropriate number and type of labels to be printed is select, click the OK button and insert labels in the printer.
The final step to have the address sheet printer labels ready is to type the required text into the box at the top left hand position of the window. Click the print button once the text is entered.
