RICOH WORKING OF TONER CARTRIDGES AND INKJET CARTRIDGES

Laser printers work with toner cartridges, these cartridges comprise of a dry toner powder having carbon and polymer ingredients. Starting with the printing process, electrostatic image is created on laser drum with the help of laser beam. Next, the toner powder is spread on the image depicted on the laser drum. Now, as the paper is fed in the machine, it collects the toner powder from the drum and upon passing through the heated fuser unit, the polymer content melts from the toner powder, printing the final image on the page. There may be separable components which can be replaced depending on the type of printer one has. However, working of an inkjet printer is way too different. They use inkjet cartridges like Samsung Inkjet printer Cartridges or Lexmark Inkjet printer Cartridges.  There is an amazing box of ink which shoots a very precise drop of ink at the right time and right place several times a second, by which the image or text is formed on the page. The inkjet printer produces millions of colors by mixing black, cyan, yellow and magenta colors.

There are a number of companies selling quality inkjets like Samsung, Lexmark, Epson, and HP. Though, some printers come with 3 to 4 cartridges in built which mean slower replacement of cartridges. On the contrary, toner cartridges are very expensive; they are usually refilled to save money. It’s necessary to get the right toner cartridge for the printer as each toner cartridge is made to work with particular weight, grain size and unique chemical toner powder. Toner cartridges can be remanufactured once more before getting a new one.
