Great product just like the oem original item, instructions easy to follow and produces great quality prints. I first came across Toner Express on eBay having tried approximately 4 - 5 other refill services - As we print quite a lot it started to become a big expense and unfortunately none of the 4 - 5 other companies refilled the cartridges correctly, you wouldn't believe the quality we recieved some cartridges in that we had paid £25 - £40 for, the chips where broke, the chips where missing, some said 30% full, some said 100% full but after the first print it dropped to 20% etc etc. So I made a brave decision to try yet another refill company this being Toner Express - and my god! what a relief, the cartridges arrived in perfect working order, extremely well packaged and branded up very professionally - you would sware they are new. I have always expressed where possible the sheer quality and convenience of using Toner Express. I have never had any problems only quality first class service from Toner Express - I highly recommend them to anyone.
