“I ordered some toner cartridges on-line and they arrived well within the time stated, but when I tried them one did not work. As they were cheap and online my expectation of the company rectifying the problem was not high, but when I eventually found a phone number I called them. The lady was very efficient but could not help, however, did give me the details of a colleague, Andrew Warren, who when I spoke with him was great. He looked into the problem promptly, contacted the manufacturer for complete details, called me back exactly when he said he would and tried to fix the problem immediately for me. When this was unsuccessful, without question he arranged for another to be despatched and the faulty cartridge to be collected and this happened as he said it would. So overall I was expecting a mediocre at best response and was wowed by the fact that this was vastly superior and while they only did what they said they would, this was exemplary!"
