We think you'll love your products, but you may need to return one. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Electrospares.Net must authorise all returns prior to their arrival. Contact us either by email or by phone; contact numbers are available on the Contact Us web page. A returns number will be issued together with a free post address or free courier collection and instructions for the return of the goods.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition. NB: Shaver spares will not be refunded should the packaging be opened. If you feel an item is damaged or defective, please call us or email us within 14 working days.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept claims submitted beyond this time frame. Our customer care team will record your problem and work with you to resolve it. If the customer care team cannot resolve your problem over the phone or by email, they will ask you to return it.
Once we receive the returned item and have confirmed that it is damaged or defective, we will refund you the FULL cost of the damaged or defective item, plus ALL associated delivery and return postal costs.
Please note that certain parts of goods are considered consumable items by the manufacturer. As such, damage caused during their use may not be covered and would be considered wear and tear.
Extent of Liability
We make every effort to ensure that goods advertised for sale on the website are described accurately. However, the descriptions of goods on the website do not form part of the contract between you and us. They are designed to represent a general idea of the goods. You should ensure that the goods that you are purchasing from us are suitable for your intended purpose. We don't guarantee that the items you buy from us are fit for your intended use.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of any breach by us of this contract, including, but not limited to, consequential loss to you and/or loss or damage to the property of third parties. In any event, our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the goods. Nothing in this clause will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods that have been ordered wrongly may incur a return postage charge if this should be the case, and if it was due to customer error, Electrospares reserves the right to pass on such postage/return charges.
When returning goods, please ensure you receive adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods that you are returning and that the courier asks for a signature on delivery. This will allow you to track the returned goods and get compensation should your chosen courier lose them.
Goods retutned to sender due to incomplete address or goods not called for may incur a £2 return charge. This is the fee we are charged by Royal Mail for all returned mail.
You can't return items made or altered to your specifications or used by you or someone you authorised. Please note that our supply of labels to your order, such as your choice of shape, sizing, pattern, or materials, is a supply of goods to your specification, as these items are made specifically on your request and are not supplied from existing stock. Accordingly, you are not entitled to cancel under the Regulations.
We back up the high quality of all our products and services with a 12-month satisfaction guarantee (excluding foil and cutters). Should our products fail to meet your satisfaction within this period, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
